This integration makes tracking your monthly contributions, loan balances, and membership details straightforward.

Connecting Your PhilHealth Account

To link your PhilHealth membership and check your benefits status:

1. Open the eGovPH app and log in using your MPIN.
2. Navigate to the "Agencies" section on the dashboard and select "PhilHealth".
3. Enter your PhilHealth Identification Number (PIN).
4. The app will cross-reference your verified eGovPH name and birthdate with the PhilHealth database. Once matched, it will link your account.
5. You can now view your Member Data Record (MDR), check your latest contribution payments, and download your digital PhilHealth ID.

Connecting Your Pag-IBIG Account

To connect your Pag-IBIG (Home Development Mutual Fund) profile and check contributions or active housing loans:

1. Under the "Agencies" tab, select "Pag-IBIG Fund".
2. Select the option to "Link Account". You will be asked to provide your Pag-IBIG Mid Number.
3. Confirm the connection. The system will match details and authorize linking.
4. Your Pag-IBIG dashboard will display your total savings (Regular Savings and MP2), active loan status, and transaction history.

Resolving Connection Errors

If the app displays a "Records Not Found" error when you input your Mid Number or PIN, check if there is a spelling mismatch in your legal name or date of birth. In some cases, if your records at PhilHealth or Pag-IBIG were created under a maiden name or contain a typo, you must update your details at the respective agency branch before the eGovPH app can match them.
